What file formats provide the best results? We recommend high-resolution (300 DPI) PNG or PDF files with transparent backgrounds. This ensures crisp edges and proper white ink placement.
What surfaces can I apply these to? UV DTF is engineered for hard, non-porous surfaces: glass, metal, acrylic, ceramic, plastic, and finished wood. Note: These are not for use on apparel or fabric.
Do I need a heat press for application? No. This is a cold-transfer process. The bond is created through pressure, allowing you to brand items that cannot withstand heat (like plastic or electronics).
Can I mix different brands and logos on one sheet? Absolutely. You have total creative freedom to “gang” as many different designs, colors, and sizes as you can fit within the gangsheet dimensions.
